Arrowhead Campground
Located on Forest Road 597B, Arrowhead has 50 sites for tent or RV camping.  Each site has a table, grill, lamppost and tent pad, and 33 sites have electrical hookups.  There are potable water spigots located throughout the campground.  A dumping station and bathhouse with flush toilets and showers are also available.  Campground hosts are located at sites 6 & 22 for help and information.  Reservations available.*

Badin Lake Campground
Located on Forest Road 597A, Badin Lake Campground has 37 sites, some of which are lakeshore sites.  Each site has a grill, table, lamppost, and tent pad.  Potable water spigots are located in the lower loop of the campground, and chemical toilets are located in both loops.  A campground host is located at site 11 for help and information.  Reservations available.*

Badin Lake Group Camp
Located on forest Road 597A, Badin Lake Group Camp has 3 sites, each developed to serve large groups.  Each site has grills, tables, and tent pads.  Potable water spigots and toilets are centrally located in the camping area.  Reservations MUST be made prior to camping.*

Deep Water Trail Horse Camp
Located on a signed spur road near the end of Forest Road 576, Deep Water Trail Camp has ample parking and a centrally located toilet.

Uwharrie Hunt Camp
Located at the intersection of Forest Road 576 and Reservation Road, Uwharrie Hunt Camp has 8 primitive camping sites.  Each site has a grill, table, and tent pad.  Toilets are available, but there is NO Potable water.

Wood Run Camp
Located near the southern end of the Uwharrie Trail, Woodrun Camp has a 1-acre open field and a vault toilet.  This is a primitive camp, accessible by the Uwharrie Trail.

Yates Place Camp
Located at the intersection of FS 6746 and SR 1146, 5 miles west of Troy, approximately .25 miles off the Uwharrie Trail.  Each campsite has a table and fire ring.  A pit toilet is centrally located, and there is NO potable water.

East Morris Mountain Camp
Located on SR 1134 (Tower Road), northwest of Troy.  Take Highway 109 north 2 miles, turn right onto Tower Road, the camp is 4 miles on the left.  East Morris Mountain Camp is a primitive camping area, with 5 sites and a one-quarter acre field.  Primarily used by hunters in the fall season, there is NO potable water. 

West Morris Mountain Camp
Located near the intersection of SR 1303, West Morris Mountain Camp is located .75 miles off the Uwharrie Trail by way of the West Morris Mountain Connector Trail.  There are 16 campsites, each with fire grate, lantern post, table, and tent pad.  Vault toilets are centrally located, and there is NO potable water.

Badin Lake Horse Camp
Located just before the intersection of Mullinix Road and Forest Road 544, there is a limited space for camping.  Campers are encouraged to park their trailers in the parking area and tie their horses to the hitching posts provided.  Toilets are available, and a watering hole is just east of the camping area.

Canebrake Horse Camp
Located on Forest Road 544, Canebrake Horse Camp has 29 sites, each with a parking spur for trailers, table, grill, lantern post, and hitching post.  Two vehicles are allowed per site.  The campground has potable water spigots located throughout the camp, as are showers and toilets.  There is a sewage dump station and horse washing rack centrally located.  A campground host is located at site 20 for help and information.  Reservations available.* (more on Canebrake)
